Who we are

Milne & Co is a two-principal project management practice based in Dubai, UAE, operating under a UAE project management trade licence.

What we collect

When you use the business diagnostic, we collect your answers, name, email address and any company or phone details you choose to provide. If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email or LinkedIn, we hold the details you share so we can respond and discuss an engagement.

How we use it

We use diagnostic answers to generate an initial report and send it, along with your answers and contact details, to Ben at Milne & Co so he can email your report and respond to your enquiry. We use other contact details to respond to you and run the practice. We do not sell your data.

Services that process the diagnostic

Vercel hosts the website and processes submissions. Anthropic processes your answers to generate the report. Resend delivers the submission and report to Ben. These services may process data outside your country. Please share only what is needed to describe your business situation.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and meet our legal and business obligations, then we remove it.

Your choices

Website protection

Vercel BotID checks browser and request signals to help prevent automated abuse of the diagnostic. The service also uses temporary request limits. The diagnostic does not save your unfinished answers to a server; they remain on the page until you submit them. Reloading or closing the page clears unfinished answers.
