Fractional C-Suite Leadership

C-suite leadership, one to three days a week.

The experience and delivery of a senior hire, without the full-time cost, the notice period or the onboarding runway.

The problem

Your business needs C-suite thinking, but it is not ready for a full-time appointment. The revenue has outgrown the leadership, a function has no senior owner, or the founder is carrying a role they should have handed on. A permanent hire is expensive, slow to find and hard to reverse if it does not work out. A consultant produces a report and leaves.

You need senior capability now, delivering from the first week, at the level the business can carry.

What we do

Ben and Joanna step in as fractional leadership, one to three days a week, and keep the role for as long as the business needs it. CEO, COO, CCO, CPO, supply chain director. Both hold active fractional engagements today, so this is how they already work.

They are genuinely multi-functional. They do not sit inside a single job title, they bring commercial, operational, strategic and people leadership to the engagement and move across functions as the situation demands. Because they are senior operators, they can move between engagements hour by hour and day by day, which makes them a core resource rather than an occasional advisor.

You get one of them, or both. No junior layer, no account manager, no handover period.

Why it works

Impact from the first week.

No onboarding runway. The whole point of a good fractional operator is immediate contribution.

Senior capability, part-time cost.

Board-level experience without a full-time salary, benefits or notice period.

Reversible.

You scale the days up or down, or step out, as the business changes. You are not locked into a permanent hire.

Proven at the top.

Common questions

What is a fractional executive.

C-suite leadership for a set number of days a week, usually one to three. You get the experience of a senior hire without the full-time salary, benefits and notice period.

How is it different from interim.

Fractional is part-time and ongoing. Interim is full-time and time-limited. Both are available, and many clients use both at different stages.

How quickly can you start.

Usually within one to two weeks of agreeing terms. There is no lengthy onboarding, that is the point.
